JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagalpur GRP P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 369, 370, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 84 of the J.J.Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is a lady, is in custody since 18.12.2019. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur
