2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 165/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/109/117(2)/352/351 (2)/3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, on a dispute with regard to easement, all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the the informant and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of overt act against this petitioner. The dispute is civil in nature. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that the injury reports of the victims show that the injuries are on vital parts of the body and are grievous in nature.
