This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 139/2016 dated 09.03.2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 447, 387, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners has informed this Court that in this case charges have already been framed.
