The petitioner prays for correction in the voter list prepared in respect of Chaturbhuj Piprahi Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the District of Madhubani.

That the election has already taken place, the issue raised has been rendered infructuous.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Should the grievance of the petitioner persist at the time of next election, he shall be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
