JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 44148 of 2016 in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Supaul, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected with direction to surrender before the trial court within six weeks and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners prayed to extend two weeks time to surrender before the trial court and pray for bail as the petitioners could not surrender in time.

I find no ground to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner before the trial court. Accordingly, this
