ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 21-08-2015 Considering that the case is pending for evidence, I am not inclined to cancel the bail granted to the Opposite Party by the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Gaya, on 11.03.2011 in B.P. No.51 of 2011/ 181 of 2011 in connection with Delha P.S. Case No.66 of 2010.

However, the Trial Court shall require the Opposite Party to be physically present on each date of trial and if he fails to do so, his bail bond shall be cancelled on such ground. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the remaining witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30181 of 2013 (4) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial. The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation/direction.
