Despite the statutory provisions underlying Section 14A(6) of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 read with Section 10 of the Bihar State Election Authority Act, 2008, yet the petitioner endeavoured to question the election to the Hasanpur Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the District of Bhojpur at Ara by way of a writ petition.

The remedy of the petitioner lies elsewhere and not by way of a writ petition. The writ petition is not maintainable and is disposed of accordingly.
