JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after ten years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of demand of dowry is against the husband of the victim. Admittedly, the informant is not the eye-witness to the occurrence. The impugned order also does not suggest any direct material against the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the impugned order does not
