Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has moved learned court below for anticipatory bail and learned court below was granted anticipatory bail with a condition that after completion of investigation and submission of charge sheet he will surrender before the court below and seek regular bail but in the order dated 3.5.2018 it has been mentioned that petitioner has moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the order dated 3.5.2018 stands modified to the extent that in third paragraph of the said order it should correctly be read that "earlier petitioner has moved the court below for anticipatory bail, which was allowed with a condition that after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24327 of 2018 (3) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 completion of the investigation and submission of the charge sheet, he will surrender before the court below and seek regular bail" and there is no need to modify other parts of the order.
