2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 16.290 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of co-accused Sunil Kumar Singh.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Sunil Kumar Singh. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge-I (Excise), Purnia in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
