2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 116/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have tortured and killed his wife for demand of dowry.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court
