JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that with respect to the lands in question, the respondent no. 9 has already filed Title Suit No. 68 of 2014, which is still pending before the learned Munsif, Biharsharif. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.9 does not dispute the aforesaid submission. In above view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to raise all the issues of facts and law, which may be available to him with respect to the lands in question, in the aforesaid Title Suit No. 68 of 2014. Permission is accorded.
