2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents particularly Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to execute the distress warrant dated 12.08.2021 issued by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad in Miscellaneous Case No. 40 of 2007;

(ii) For issuance of any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Distress warrant was issued but not being executed. Now the amount of maintenance has been paid.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to keep paying the amount of maintenance regularly.
