The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chautham P.S. Case No.154 of 2017 registered under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Beni Sada assaulted the informant with iron rod. Chandrika Devi, wife of Beni Sada came there and assaulted the informant and snatched her ear-rings. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted. The petitioner did not assault the informant with any weapon. There is specific allegation against Beni Sada, the husband of the petitioner that Beni Sada has assaulted the informant with iron rod on her head.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17803 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.154 of 2017(G.R. No.2360 of 2017), subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
