Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 677 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story in short is that on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25202 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/3 16.10.2022, the informant got information that some criminals arrived with fire arm at the house of Krit Yadav and after this, the informant along with police personnel went to the house of Krit Yadav and surrounded the house. On search, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2022 and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. 1st Barh, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 677 of 2022. The petitioner will mark his attendance in the Harnaut Dist- Nalanda Police Station on the every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station
