2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 instituted under Sections 376, 420, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the dewar of the victim. He and his family members are said to have cheated the victim, taken her money, sold her tempo and has also committed rape with her.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27395 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
