In this case, the petitioner is submitting that though she has been selected on the post of Anganbari Sevika, but she has not been sent for the training.
It appears that earlier the petitioner has approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No.8744 of 2012 and this Court vide order
Patna High Court CWJC No.13333 of 2013 dt.26-10-2016 2/2 dated 04.07.2012 has remanded back the matter for fresh consideration by the competent authority. The Collector, Begusarai, has examined the case of the petitioner and found two defects in her appointment. First, that the C.D.P.O. was not present on the day of her selection and second that her residence certificate is doubtful and refused to give any direction for sending her for training. As the Collector, Begusarai, himself has found two defects in the appointment of the petitioner, certainly this Court without there being any valid reason, cannot give direction to the respondents for sending the petitioner for training. In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ application. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
