ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-08-2015 The Petitioners seeks quashing of the order dated 7.7.2011 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, by which he has refused to release the meter seized in connection with Bypass P.S. case No.58 of 2008. When the meter evidently belongs to the Electricity Department, I see no reason as to why the Magistrate has refused such a prayer. He is directed to immediately do so within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49808 of 2012 dt.18-08-2015 2/2 Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
