The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent- authorities, particularly the Registrar, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur for adding the name of the petitioner in the merit list of guest teacher pertaining to subject Geography in terms of the notification contained in Memo No. 2622 dated 26.02.2019, issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respondent- Registrar, Babasaheb

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and in case, an appropriate representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
