JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-09-2016 Repeatedly, no one appears for the petitioners, having no way out but to dispose of the matter on merit. In this case, the petitioners are challenging the advertisement published in the Hindi Daily Newspaper, inviting applications for the posts of Block Development Officer and Executive Officer.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in pursuance of that advertisement, selection has already been made and the selected persons might have been appointed.

In such view of the matter, this writ application has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
