ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 1.5.2014 passed by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 831 of 2012, corresponding to Trial No. 4444 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Umesh Kr. Sharma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur. In view of the dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but, the dispute could not be resolved.
Be that as it may, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 1.5.2014 passed by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 831 of 2012,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17459 of 2014 (5) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 corresponding to Trial No. 4444 of 2013, to the satisfaction of Sri Umesh Kr. Sharma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, is hereby confirmed on the same terms if the Petitioner deposits the entire arrears within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
From henceforth, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (One thousand) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
