2 For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

3 IA No 6236 of 2012 stands disposed of.

4 Inspite of repeated calls, no one appears for the appellant who was the writ petitioner.

5 After perusing the order of the learned Single Judge, we

Patna High Court LPA No.1486 of 2012 dt.21-08-2015 are not inclined to interfere inasmuch as the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority refused to entertain the application which was filed after delay of more than two years challenging the non-selection of the writ petitioner-appellant. The learned Single Judge also, in view of the aforesaid fact, refused to entertain the writ petition.

6 We see no reason to take a different view of the matter. This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
