The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 15.5.2014 passed by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1115-C of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah. It has been submitted that even though the spouses are living together peacefully but the father of the Complainant is creating obstacles.

Be that as it may, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 15.5.2014 passed by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1115-C of 2012, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.
