JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-02-2016 Petitioners are claimants for the relief of regularization under the respondent Rural Works Department since they are supposed to be working for a long period of time. It is evident from Annexure- B, which is letter no.1314 dated 9.9.2009 addressed to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra under the signature of the Superintending Engineer that a recommendation has been made in
Patna High Court CWJC No.3988 of 2014 dt.18-02-2016 2/2 their favour for consideration by the District Magistrate. The list of recommendees has also been annexed with the said Annexure- B. In view of the same, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra is directed to consider the claim of these petitioners as well when the case of regularization is taken up by the committee of which he is said to be the Chairman. The Court expects that a decision in this regard would be taken preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order.
