With the help of this writ petition, made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the order, contained in Memo No. 9810, dated 17.07.2014, issued by

Patna High Court CWJC No.345 of 2015 (14) dt.08-09-2016 Additional Secretary to the Government, under the order of Governor of State of Bihar, whereby two posts of State Information Commissioner have been abolished. At this stage, this writ application is not pressed and learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if the situation so warrants.
