In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 (G.R. No. 2164 of 2015) registered for offences under sections 323, 354B, 370, 371, 364A, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

A complaint has been filed against the accused persons making an allegation that in the year 2012, the son of the Informant had gone along with the petitioners on the assurance of job and payment of handsome amount but, it transpires that the accused persons used to keep the boys in confinement and they sell them after taking a heavy amount.

No.23224 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is in village and there is no question of going outside and the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 (G.R. No. 2164 of 2015), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
