ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-08-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the First Information Report of Magadh Medical P.S. case No.118 of 2011 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

It has been submitted that the Informant is the son-in-law of Petitioners No.1 and 3, whereas the Petitioner No.2 is his wife and Petitioner No.4 is his brother-in-law and the present case has been instituted only because his wife had filed a case under Section 498A I.P.C. as against him and now the matter has been compromised. Be that as it may, since this Court should not interfere in investigation, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is disposed of with a direction to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37027 of 2012 dt.25-08-2015 2/2 Investigating Officer to consider the aforesaid facts and conclude the investigation positively within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Gaya through FAX at the cost of the Petitioners for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer Magadh Medical P.S. case No.118 of 2011 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
