The petitioner has been in custody since 29.12.2018 in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 376 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., he was subsequently arrested in connection with the present case on the basis of pure suspicion. It is further submitted that after he was taken into custody, the petitioner was made to give a confessional statement before the police which has no evidentiary value. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date neither

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 376 of 2018.
