This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Gurau P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have looted C.S.P. Shop and also petitioner has two criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2022.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The District Judge, Gaya is directed to expedite the trial of the cases as early as possible.
