In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report, it has been alleged that the Informant, after parking his motorcycle near the temple, went outside. When he returned, he did not find the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused Keshav Kumar Yadav who confessed that the petitioner is a member of his gang involved in stealing and selling the motorcycle.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24233 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
