The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.246 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that when he reached near L.I.G. 3/85 for investigation, Abhishek Kumar and others came there. Abhishek Kumar snatched paper from the hand of the informant and torn it. It is alleged that the petitioner and others put hindrance in discharge of official duty of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and he has no manner of concern with the constable or the informant. The informant himself picked up

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5364 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 quarrel with Abhishek Kumar and in order to save his own skin lodged this case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Kumari Vijaya, learned Sub Judge Xcum-A.C.J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.246 of 2017, G.R. No.3233 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
