The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case (Vig.) No. 46 of 2018 arising out of Town Thana Nawada P.S. Case No. 620 of 2018 registered under Section 2(xii) of the P.C. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25447 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge-I (Vigilance), Patna in connection with (Vigilance) Spl. Case No. 46 of 2018 arising out of Town Thana, Nawada P.S. Case NO. 620 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
