The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.124 of 2014 registered for the offence under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping his nephew.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2014 in connection with present case.

In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to verify the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the custody of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27599 of 2026(3) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 custody since 18.10.2014 in connection with present case then he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below. If the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is found to be false then the trial court may pass appropriate order.
