2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 56.50 grams of heroine was recovered from house of co-accused Dharmendra Ram. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dharmendra Ram and it is alleged that the seized contraband was brought from this petitioner. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.
