2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148,149, 332, 333, 307, 435, 431, 188, 120(B), 121(A), 353, 153(A) and 295 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Properties Act registered in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners being ladies have been falsely implicated owing to political rivalry. The accusations are general and omnibus in nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50755 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 Similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 40164 of 2015 and in Cr. Misc. No. 40002 of 2015.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
