1. The present writ application has been filed to quash the seizure list dated 22.09.2015 wherein the respondents seized the Scorpio vehicle bearing registration no. BR-09M-4349, Chassis No. MAITA2MU Nio. 2824988 which was ready to auction.

2. A detailed counter affidavit was filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17402 of 2015(10) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5 and 6 wherein it disclose that the vehicle in question i.e. Scorpio vehicle bearing registration no. BR-09M-4349, Chassis No. MAITA2MU Nio. 2824988 was repossessed by the respondents due to default and irregularity in the loan account of the petitioner/borrower and the same was sold to the highest bidder in the year 2015 itself to recover the debt amount, therefore, nothing remains in the writ petition and it has become infructuous.

3. At this stage, the Learned counsel for the petitioner sought for the relief to approach the concerned authority i.e. Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5 and 6 for availing his remedy.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach before the concerned authority for seeking his relief.

5. With the above said observation the writ petition is disposed of.

6. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall also disposed of.
