Misc. 12702/2017.

Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 10.04.2017 and he was directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the aforesaid date, but the petitioner did not surrender, as he met with an accident. Considering the facts aforesaid, the modification petition is allowed and the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for four weeks from today. This order
