Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.06.2020, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 81709 of 2019, by which four weeks' time was extended for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26825 of 2022(3) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 allowed and the time granted by order dated 30.06.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 81709 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 15,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 15,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.
Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
