2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to serious illness of his wife at the relevant time, the petitioner was unable to surrender and furnish bail bond and also deposit the bank draft of Rs. 5,00,000/- within the stipulated period of two weeks in accordance with the order dated 24.01.2019 laying conditions for grant of anticipatory bail.
