The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to regularize the services of the petitioner upon the vacant and sanctioned post of Peon in honour of the Proceedings of the General Meeting of the Standing Committee dated 18.08.2020 as also 06.08.2022 of the Zila Parishad, Patna, upon which the petitioner has been working uninterruptedly for more than seven years as a daily wager and/or be pleased to grant such other relief/reliefs, which is found to be legally as well as

At the outset, the learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Patna submits that the standing committee has already approved the proposal for regularization of the services of the petitioner on the vacant and sanctioned post of peon, thus, the needful consequential action would definitely be taken, within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed, accordingly. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
