JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned AC to GP-18 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the prescribed appellate authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner with respect to the lands in question as also the order impugned.
Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
