2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.

4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the statement of victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., in which she has clearly stated that she was kidnapped by this petitioner and the age of victim at the time of occurrence was 15 years, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
