2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as in fact the injury was caused inadvertently during a Tazia procession during Muharram. There is case and counter case between the parties.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50096 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed.
