Pleader - 9, Sri Parth Sharthi, learned counsel for the respondent/Bihar School Examination Board, Sri Subodh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the respondent no. 10 as well as Sri Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the respondent no. 11, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.

It is here declared that the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 11-08-2011 till date shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
