The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.399 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is an allegation that the petitioner had attacked the informant with Khanti, no such injury was found on the person of the informant, which belies the entire prosecution story. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedents.
