2. The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.112C of 2018 dated 15.12.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 366A and 323/34 IPC, Section 04/08 of the POCSO Act and Section 3 (i)(r)(w)(i) of the SC/ST (POA) Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
