This petition has been filed for quashing of the entire proceeding of G. R. Case No. 1813 of 2015 arising out of Dighalbank P. S. Case No. 127 of 2015 dated 16.11.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted, as such I am not inclined to accede to the prayer for the petitioner for quashing the F.I.R. and the

The petition is dismissed.

However, this dismissal shall not come in the way of the petitioner availing of the remedies to which he is entitled under the law.
