Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147/149/323/307/504/506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused have assaulted the deceased and the deceased has sustained multiple injuries on head and other parts of the body.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2023 and he is quite

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. This application stands rejected.
