ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 13.7.2012 by which the Additional Sessions Judg-IV, Sasaram, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Sessions Case No. 528 of 2011 arising out of Rohtas P.S. Case No. 21 of 2011. Considering that the Petitioner seeks discharge on question of fact which can not be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of
