The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Routa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his grand daughter was missing. The informant came to know that Amar Yadav enticed his grand daughter for the purpose of marriage. When the informant contacted the petitioners, family members of Amar Yadav they assured to help in recovering the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father, mother and brother of Amar Yadav and they

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27243 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 have no manner of concern with the incident. The victim has already been recovered. The victim made her statement that Amar Yadav practiced witchcraft on her and took her to Delhi. The victim did not name the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in Routa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
